BUYING WITH MSR COMMUNITIES

PRESALE MILESTONE

  • Discover which communities have home sites available and work with our sales team to choose a lot for your new home.
  • Explore options for locations, home types, floor plans, and upgrades to find a design that best fits your wish list.
  • Work with our sales team for a free price quote and estimated delivery times. Often new homes can take a year or longer to fully construct.

CUSTOMIZATION MILESTONE

  • Attend your pre-construction meeting to go over design details, upgrade options, and desired customizations in greater detail.
  • Select from our curated selection of color boards and tour showrooms to select alternate finishes and materials. Common customization options include lighting, SMART upgrades, flooring, tile and stonework, cabinetry, and appliances.
  • As your home is being built, our team will keep you informed of the progress and be available to answer any of your questions.

MOVE-IN MILESTONE

  • After construction is complete, our team will take you through the final checklist of items which can include final closing paperwork and setting up an inspection.
  • At one week prior to closing on your home, we offer to guide you through our Blue Tape Walkthrough to assess any cosmetic changes and ensure all updates are present.
  • On closing day, we will take you through a final walkthrough before handing off the keys so you can start planning your housewarming!

AFTER CARE MILESTONE

  • We care about our homeowners long after we’ve handed over the keys. Each home comes with our guaranteed warranty coverage and full service support as part of our continued commitment to you.
